Worship- Madame Guyon

“t was my practice to rise at midnight for worship. God came to me at that precise time and awoke me from sleep that I might enjoy Him… O, unutterable happiness! Who could have thought that one should ever find happinness equal to this!…” Madame Guyon
“Come let us worship” (Ps. 95:6).

Worship

Our Heavenly Father is seeking for worshippers-intimate fellowship with Him in the Holy of Holies (His Divine Presence) ( John 4: 23). We Are brought there by our Wonderful Helper, the blessed Holy Spirit all because of the blood of Jesus. Oh come let us adore Him.

Faith and our Claim to God’s Promises

‎”For all the promises of God in Him are yea, and in Him Amen.” 2 Cor.1:20
Our claim to the promises of God are not based on our worthiness but on the victory of the cross where Jesus defeated all the powers of darkness and purchased for us healing, and deliverance and forgiveness. Let us therefore claim and proclaim His wonderful promises.

Faith Does no Give up

“Let us all come forward… and in.. absolute conviction
engendered by faith… So let us seize and hold fast and retain without wavering… for He who promised is reliable (sure) and faithful to His word.” (Heb. 10:22-23, Ampl. Bible)
We see from the above two verses that faith does not give up but holds fast without
wavering by confessing and acknowledging the sure promises of our faithful God
who cannot lie.

Faith strengthened in Trials

Let us hold fast the profession of our faith without wavering; (for he is faithful that promised;) (Heb.10:23) “If any of you lack…let him ask of God…But let him ask in faith, nothing wavering…” (James 1:5,6). Our faith will be tried through trials (James1:3) but regardless of our circumstances let raise up in faith and claim that which is rightfully ours-the sure promises of God.

What is Faith

What is faith? The Bible itself defines it: “Now faith is the assurance (the confirmation, the title deed) of things we hope for, being the proof of things we do not see and the conviction of their reality (faith perceiving as real fact what is not revealed to the senses.)-A.B.
Faith, then is something we have now even …though we do not see it or feel it. Hope on the oher hand is something we expect in the future.
